Her career path includes positions at The Villages, Borshoff, IUPUI and Hetrick Communications. Lacy Community Service Award for her outstanding civic accomplishments. Creative Partners As president and sole proprietor of the company, Kelly serves as the project manager for clients when ancillary or additional services are needed.
